Programme and prices are subject to change. We guarantee all excursions in English. German, French, Russian, Spanish and Italian are available on request. All tours are usually guided multilingually. No refund for unused tickets or vouchers. We are not reponsible for items left on the bus. Clients must not leave the group and their guide and in the event that this occurs, must return at their own cost. The duration of the tour is only approximate and the actual time depends on the traffic situation in the city. Any complatints must be raised immediately wirh either the guide or at the departure point (yellow booth). Later complaints can not be accepted. Payment of drinks on board only in cash.
